I am not hiding my love for Street Fighter.
Hell, back then, I spent a huuuuge amount of money and time in arcade centres back home.
So the news of a Street Fighter IV version for PC made me jizz on my screen. They are porting it with added hardware effects (ink, watercolour and posterize).
Apparently, it will be using Game for Windows Live for multi-player support and will also be available on Steam for purchase. I’m just not sure I’ll get it via Steam as I’m starting to get a little annoyed with all this signing in countless DRMs to finally play the game.

There is a benchmark application to see if your system can run it. This can be found here.
You need to install and launch it.
Once this app is launched, you can mess around with the different resolution and options offered to see how well your rig will run Street Fighter.
As always, the PC version seems much more crisper and clearer, otherwise, everything is pretty much exactly the same as it’s console counterpart.
But yeah, I’m really excited to see the fourth opus of this beloved and classic series on the Pc. I’m even more excited to see the passion and trend for Street Fighter re-ignited in the masses!
